About the role
Key Responsibilities
Support after-hours pricing updates and operational requests
Maintain accurate pricing, inventory, and system configurations
Test AI features and validate outputs for accuracy
Document issues and provide feedback to internal teams
Assist with UAT and regression testing
What We're Looking For
1–3 years of experience in revenue management, operations, customer support, QA/UAT, or data analysis
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience with Excel or Google Sheets
Excellent written communication skills
Comfortable working US evening and weekend schedules
Exposure to AI tools or AI/ML concepts is a plus
