About the role
We are looking for 2 strong candidates to join our Australian client! Permanent Work-from-Home. 2 Positions Available.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and approach potential clients to generate new business opportunities. Develop and implement effective sales and business development strategies. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers. Present customised outsourcing and remote staffing solutions. Manage the sales pipeline and track opportunities using CRM tools.
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, or Client Acquisition. Experience selling outsourcing, remote staffing, recruitment, BPO, SaaS, or professional services is highly preferred. Strong prospecting, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
