What You'll Do
Research target accounts and decision-makers
Create personalized email and LinkedIn outreach
Leverage AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and Clay
Book qualified meetings and manage outbound campaigns
Track pipeline performance in HubSpot
We're Looking For
2-3+ years in Business Development, BDR, SDR, Demand Generation, or Lead Generation
Strong research and personalized outreach skills
Experience with HubSpot, Apollo, or similar tools
A proactive, ownership-driven mindset
