About the role
Green Ocean Property Management is looking for an experienced Building / HOA Manager. Remote. Full-Time.
Responsibilities: Manage homeowner associations and Board relationships. Coordinate vendors, maintenance, compliance, and community operations. Support budgets, financial reporting, and owner communications.
Requirements: Minimum 3 years of HOA or Condo Association Management experience preferred. Highly organized and detail-oriented. Excellent communicator. Experienced in managing multiple properties or communities. Comfortable using platforms such as Buildium, Asana, Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and other property management tools. Proactive problem-solver.
