About the role
Devoted Care Services, a growing home care company based in California, USA, is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team. Long-term remote position.
Responsibilities: QuickBooks Online bookkeeping. Bank reconciliations. Credit card reconciliations. Categorization of transactions. Monthly financial reports. Profit & Loss reporting. Balance Sheet preparation. Assist with financial dashboards and reporting. Work closely with management and CPA.
Requirements: Experience with QuickBooks Online. Experience supporting U.S.-based companies. Strong bookkeeping and reconciliation skills. High attention to detail. Organized and reliable. Able to work independently and meet deadlines. Excellent written and verbal English communication.
Preferred: Home care, healthcare, or service industry experience. Understanding of U.S. accounting practices.
