About the role
REVEX Services is looking for a Billing Manager / Provider Onboarding & Relations Lead with previous experience or exposure to Medical Billing and/or Revenue Cycle Management (RCM). Work From Home, Graveyard Shift, $8–10/hour, open to Philippine-based applicants only.
Role Overview: The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of healthcare operations, provider relations, and client onboarding processes with the ability to support multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities: lead the onboarding process for new client accounts ensuring a smooth transition from implementation to operational support, establish, implement, and maintain onboarding workflows until accounts reach stability, support and contribute to multiple accounts ensuring tasks are handled efficiently and deadlines are met, actively participate in client communication across supported accounts maintaining a professional and responsive approach, maintain direct communication with owners regarding updates and account-related matters, assist in handling client concerns or escalations with support from management when needed, ensure effective time management and prioritization across multiple responsibilities and accounts, and continuously identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance overall efficiency.
Preferred Qualifications: experience working with U.S. healthcare providers, medical practices, or healthcare service organizations, familiarity with EMR/EHR systems, medical billing software, and insurance processes, and previous leadership, training, or team coordination experience.
