About the role
Provide back-end support for Commercial Lines insurance. Process endorsements, Certificates of Insurance (COIs), policy changes, renewals, and other servicing tasks. Manage client documentation and insurance agency systems. Communicate professionally with clients, carriers, and team members in both English and Spanish.
Requirements: Fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written). Experience in Property & Casualty Insurance. Commercial Lines experience is highly preferred. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment.
