About the role
LatinoPro is looking for experienced bilingual healthcare professionals to join their growing remote team.
Bilingual Healthcare VA Qualifications: fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken), experience in healthcare administration or VA support, familiar with EHR/EMR systems or willing to learn, experience with U.S. medical clinics or facilities, knowledge of U.S. healthcare systems or medical terminology.
Bilingual Dermatology VA Qualifications: native Spanish speaker (Bilingual English/Spanish), experience working in a Dermatology practice, experience with insurance verification and appointment scheduling, EMR experience required (CareCloud & Modernizing Medicine preferred), experience handling patient demographics, emails, and text communication, familiarity with VOIP systems such as Nextel.
