About the role
35 hrs/week to start | Remote | Patient-Facing Voice Role. We're looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Behavioral Health VA to support a U.S.-based private behavioral health practice.
Must Have:
Behavioral health, healthcare, or medical practice experience. SimplePractice experience preferred. Clear, neutral, professional spoken English. Understanding of HIPAA and patient confidentiality.
Responsibilities:
Communicate with patients via phone, text, and email. Respond to and triage patient messages. Set up and maintain patients in SimplePractice. Manage forms, records, referrals, and recurring administrative tasks.
Tech Requirements: 50+ Mbps internet, verified backup internet, backup power, quiet workspace, Windows 11 or latest macOS.
