Overview
Stellar Staff helps business owners cut staffing costs by up to 70% through premium, managed virtual assistant solutions, and we're growing our internal sales team. We're looking for a proven closer with real B2B sales experience.
What You'll Do
Respond to new leads with urgency (within 5 minutes during business hours)
Run consultative discovery calls and position solutions as smart investments
Handle objections with confidence, backed by real ROI and success stories
Keep your CRM pipeline clean, accurate, and up to date
Hit monthly targets: 25%+ close rate, 8 new client contracts
Collaborate with recruiting and client success teams on VA placements
What We're Looking For
Confident, professional English communicator (written and verbal)
Coachable, driven, and ready to follow a proven system
B2B, SaaS, outsourcing, or customer support background is a plus
Reliable internet, a quiet workspace, and availability during U.S. business hours
What You'll Get
