About the role
Agency looking for an experienced Accounting VA with direct experience working with Australian accounting firms. Responsibilities: accounting support tasks, BAS preparation and lodgements, tax return preparation, workpaper maintenance, and client file management. Must have Xero experience, BAS/lodgement experience, and familiarity with ATO processes. Business Fitness/Active Workpapers experience preferred. Must summarize direct AU accounting firm experience, Xero, BAS, and tax return experience in application. Target start: Late July/Early August 2026.
