About the role
We are looking for experienced AU Mortgage Loan Processors / Broker Support professionals to join our growing team supporting Australian mortgage brokers. Full-Time, AEST Business Hours, 40 hours/week.
Requirements: 2–3 years AU mortgage processing or broker support experience, hands-on experience with Connective Mercury & ApplyOnline (NextGen), familiar with lender portals, valuations, pricing requests, and loan lodgements, strong understanding of the AU mortgage process from submission to settlement, excellent English communication skills, available to work AEST business hours.
Nice to Have: experience with Quickli, Simpology, Salestrekker, MyCRM, or Podium, exposure to SMSF, construction, or trust/company loans.
