About the role
We are hiring an experienced Architect/Drafter for a US-based construction company working on high-end residential and commercial projects.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of architectural experience
- At least 2 years of experience with US-based projects
- Proficient in Revit
- Experience producing residential and commercial construction documents
- Strong drafting and concept design skills
- Experience writing specifications and preparing estimates
- Interior design experience
- Good English communication skills
- Detail-oriented, easy to work with, and able to follow direction
- Updated portfolio required
Responsibilities:
- Support projects from concept design through construction documentation
- Prepare and revise Revit drawings, details, specifications, and permit sets
- Coordinate architectural drawings with design and construction requirements
- Assist with estimates and budget-conscious design decisions
- Review drawings and project documentation for accuracy and quality
