About the Opportunity:
I work in the painting business and recently hired a Filipino VA who has been an absolute rockstar - reliable, fast, great on the phone, and amazing at helping convert leads into booked estimates.
Now, a few of my friends who also own painting businesses are jealous and want their own VA too so I’m helping them find the right person.
These are residential painting companies that handle interior and exterior repaint projects. They get leads from homeowners who are interested in getting estimates, and they need someone who can communicate well, follow up consistently, and help keep their calendar booked.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Answering inbound calls and messages from new leads
Following up with homeowners who inquired but haven’t booked yet
Scheduling estimate appointments into the calendar
Keeping lead notes organized in the CRM
Responding quickly and professionally to customer questions
Helping make sure every homeowner has a smooth experience from first message to booked estimate
What We’re Looking For:
Clear English with minimal accent — required
Proven experience setting appointments or booking calls
Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone
Fast response time and strong follow-up skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
Confident but still warm and professional
Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace
Experience with CRMs, GoHighLevel, DripJobs, or similar tools is a plus
Pay:
$5–$6/hr to start, with fast room for growth
Bonus per closed job
