About the role
We are an active Amazon FBA business looking for a dedicated partner to help manage and grow our stores, with a heavy focus on Amazon Canada.
Schedule: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST (Graveyard shift for the Philippines). 100% Remote independent contractor role.
Key Responsibilities: Account & Listing Management — create listings from scratch, upload/manage flat files, and maintain seamless day-to-day operations. Listing Optimization — conduct Amazon SEO, keyword research, and competitor analysis. Troubleshooting & Support — investigate catalog errors, fix listing suppressions, resolve flat file upload issues, and professionally manage cases with Amazon Support. Inventory & Logistics — monitor stock levels, coordinate replenishment. Account Health — proactively track account health metrics. Operations Support — open support tickets, handle minor customer inquiries, assist with PPC keyword research, and maintain SOPs.
Qualifications: At least 1-3 years of hands-on experience managing Amazon marketplaces (Amazon Canada experience highly preferred). Deep working knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, flat files, Amazon PPC, Inventory Management, and Amazon Brand Registry. Ability to independently diagnose root causes of file errors and listing suppressions.
