About the role
Are you experienced in Amazon FBA sourcing and looking for a long-term opportunity with a supportive team? We're currently seeking skilled Online Arbitrage (OA) and Wholesale Virtual Assistants to work alongside established Amazon sellers in the US marketplace.
What You'll Be Doing:
Source profitable products for Amazon FBA
Analyze product profitability, ROI, sales rank, and Keepa data
Use sourcing tools such as Keepa, SellerAmp, Third Party Profits, SmartScout, and other research software
Research suppliers and distributors (for Wholesale VA roles)
Manage inventory trackers, spreadsheets, and sourcing reports
Follow client-specific sourcing criteria and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in Amazon Online Arbitrage or Wholesale sourcing is required
Strong understanding of Amazon FBA and product research
Experience using sourcing and analysis tools
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Reliable internet connection and work equipment
Ability to work independently and consistently meet sourcing goals
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Amazon ungating processes
Knowledge of reverse sourcing strategies
Experience communicating with suppliers and distributors
Ability to share sample leads, sourcing reports, or previous work experience
