AI OPERATIONS ASSISTANT
Key Responsibilities:
Create AI-assisted short-form and long-form content for social media and YouTube
Design graphics, presentations, and marketing materials using AI tools
Conduct AI-assisted research and prepare organized reports
Build and maintain automations using Zapier, Make, n8n, or similar platforms
Create, deploy, and optimize AI agents and chatbots
Maintain brand consistency and improve operational workflows
Experience & Proficiency:
Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
Should have Virtual Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar experience IMPORTANT
Demonstrated hands-on experience using AI tools in a professional setting IMPORTANT
Proficient in AI tools for content creation, research, presentations, and automation (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Canva AI, Gamma, Zapier, Make, n8n) IMPORTANT
Experience building AI agents or Custom GPTs is a strong plus
Strong attention to detail, prompt engineering, and fact-checking skills
Experience with CRM or project management tools is a plus
Basic graphic design and video editing experience is preferred
