About the role
Location: Remote (Philippines). Salary: $8-10 USD per hour. We're looking for a proactive and tech-savvy professional to join our team as an AI Automation Support specialist.
Key Responsibilities: Explore, test, and implement AI tools to improve workflows and efficiency, collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities for AI integration, handle software support tickets including troubleshooting and issue resolution, assist with new builds, feature updates, and system improvements, document processes, solutions, and AI use cases for internal reference.
Qualifications: Proven experience in a technical role (e.g., developer, technical support, or similar), hands-on experience or strong interest in AI tools, ability to troubleshoot software issues and manage support tickets, familiarity with web applications, APIs, or basic programming concepts, experience integrating AI into workflows or business processes, background in software development or system administration, experience working with client or customer-facing technical support.
