About the role
We are a marketing company that specializes in Meta Ads. We are hiring an AI Automation Specialist to automate repetitive processes using mainly AI agents and Make/Zapier automations.
Schedule: 9AM to 6PM Eastern Time. Monday to Friday. Work from Home.
Requirements: Fully fluent in English, both spoken and written. Previous experience building automations using Make, Zapier, or n8n. Previous experience using an AI coding agent such as Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, etc. Comfortable working with APIs, webhooks, JSON, authentication, basic scripts, and AI-agent tools such as MCP servers.
Main Responsibilities: Build and improve AI-agent skills, instructions, and workflows. Automate the generation of AI ads using image/video AI models. Automate the onboarding of new clients. Automate copywriting tasks. Automate the tracking of all company data.
Preferred: Previous programming or software-development experience. Experience with Google Sheets, Google Forms, Google Drive, Airtable, ClickUp, or GoHighLevel. Experience with AI image and video tools. Experience with agents such as Hermes and OpenClaw.
