About the role

Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in Automation Engineering, Systems Engineering, DevOps, MSP Operations, or AI Workflow Management, strong understanding of MSP operational environments, experience with scripting and automation platforms, familiarity with PowerShell, Python, APIs & Webhooks, Workflow Orchestration, RMM/PSA Platforms, and Microsoft 365. Experience with Kaseya, Datto RMM, Autotask, Rewst, Pia.ai, MSPbots, or similar MSP automation platforms is highly preferred.
What You'll Do: build and optimize automation workflows, improve operational efficiency across MSP environments, develop and maintain integrations between platforms and systems, support AI-driven process improvements and automation initiatives, and collaborate with technical teams to streamline IT operations.
