About the role
We are a fast-growing research peptide brand and need an Affiliate Manager to own the day-to-day operation and growth of our affiliate program end-to-end. Full-Time, Remote. Compensation: Base ($15/hr or more) + performance bonus tied to affiliate-driven revenue.
You will manage the existing affiliate roster, source and recruit new micro-influencers (primarily fitness, biohacking, and research-adjacent creators in the 1K–5K follower range on Instagram and TikTok), and drive measurable lift in affiliate-attributed revenue. This is a builder role — heavy on outreach, relationship management, and operational rigor.
