We’re a fast-growing beauty brand looking for a reliable, sharp, and proactive Admin Assistant with a strong work ethic to support our daily operations, client experience, and internal systems.
We’re not looking for someone who just “does tasks”—we’re looking for someone who takes ownership, communicates well, and shows up consistently.

Remote Position
Schedule: Double Shifts / Wednesday - Sunday (Pacific Time Zone)
Pay Range: $300-$600/month (hourly pay+commissions+bonus)
What You’ll Do:
Manage client bookings and scheduling
Respond to client messages (text, email, social media)
Run reports for sales and internal tracking
Support the CEO with admin tasks and projects
Assist with social media posts and email marketing campaigns
Help keep operations organized and running smoothly
What You Need:
Strong communication (clear, fast, professional)
High attention to detail (you don’t miss things)
Ability to learn systems quickly
Time management + ability to meet deadlines
Comfortable working independently and with a team
Tools / Skills:
Google Docs, Sheets, Slides (must be comfortable)
Canva
Social media platforms
Email marketing tools
Basic data tracking / reporting
This role is NOT for you if:
You miss shifts or show up late
You need constant follow-up to complete tasks
You struggle with communication
You are juggling too many jobs
Consistent reliability is required. Failure to meet expectations will result in removal from the role.
This is a performance-based role. Reliability, communication, and accountability are non-negotiable. If expectations are not met, the role will not continue.
This job will be remote and will be working from zoom on each shift. It's a part time position with two shifts and has potential to grow with the company.
