About the role
Property management client accounts payable role.
Requirements: CPA (Certified Public Accountant). Accounts Payable experience using ERP systems (Coupa preferred). Strong knowledge of invoice processing, accruals, reconciliations, and GL coding. Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Formulas, and Filters). Understanding of 3-way matching and invoice exception resolution. Experience reviewing vendor statements and resolving discrepancies. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Detail-oriented, accountable, and adaptable.
