We are seeking a detail-oriented, ambitious Accounting Staff member with strong real estate experience to join our remote team. This role is designed for individuals looking to master tech-forward processes and fast-track their career into an Accounting Manager position, managing full-cycle accounting for clients with complex entity structures.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate, real-time financial data and consolidated visibility across multiple client entities and real estate properties
Execute full-cycle bookkeeping, bank reconciliations, and handle complex accounting system migrations to QuickBooks Online
Audit and identify uncollected revenue or inefficiencies to boost client cash flow and protect EBITDA
Prepare clear, timely, and audit-ready monthly financial reports for business founders and their investors
Collaborate closely with CPA-led leadership to implement smart tax strategies and maximize client deductions
Translate complex financial data into organized, scannable insights for data-driven client decisions
Act as a direct point of contact for high-profile clients, managing financial communications and building partnerships
Document and refine accounting workflows to establish standard operating procedures
Train and prepare to take on Accounting Manager responsibilities, including overseeing junior staff and leading client accounts
Required Qualifications:
3+ years of professional accounting experience, with a heavy emphasis on real estate accounting
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online
Strong understanding of multi-entity accounting structures, including S-Corps, LLCs, and partnerships
Preferred Qualifications:
CPA designation or active CPA candidate
Experience with modern, cloud-based accounting tech and property management platforms
Excellent client-facing communication skills
Proactive problem-solving mindset
Ability to organize and consolidate complex financial data
