About the role
Own the operational health of a specific US market. Act as dedicated account manager for NEMT broker clients handling daily B2B communication, trip coordination, escalation management, and performance reporting. Own the full driver lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, activation, engagement, and retention. Walk new drivers through every requirement, procedure, and process. Proactively reach out to inactive drivers and reactivate them. Coordinate trip assignments and dispatch so drivers see consistent daily income.
Schedule: US Eastern Standard Time (EST). Self-provided equipment required.
Requirements: Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience in client relations, account management, partner success, or transportation/rideshare/logistics. Experience working directly with US-based clients or a US-based company. Strong written and verbal English communication. Tech-savvy with strong initiative to learn. Proven remote work experience.

Bonus: $300-$700/month on average based on performance.
