About the Company
Our client provides in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for children diagnosed with autism across Indiana and New Jersey, with plans for continued expansion.
What You'll Do
Manage the full credentialing and recredentialing process for BCBAs and RBTs
Maintain CAQH profiles and provider documentation
Submit applications, monitor progress, and proactively follow up with payers until approval
Manage provider renewals and updates
Research insurance payer participation opportunities for new state expansions
Submit and manage insurance contracting applications
Track contracts through execution and maintain organized records and timelines
What We're Looking For
Extensive hands-on experience credentialing BCBAs and RBTs for ABA providers
Extensive experience with ABA insurance contracting and payer enrollment
Strong proficiency in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel
Exceptional organizational, documentation, and follow-up skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities independently with minimal supervision
A proactive, ownership mindset
